Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On May 8, 2026, Teal Drones, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Red Cat Holdings, Inc., received a $9.5 million purchase order for additional units under the U.S. Army’s Short Range Reconnaissance Program of Record. The units are expected to be delivered in the second quarter of 2026.
