Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective June 1, 2019, Nicholas Liuzza Jr. and Patrick T. Mitchell became members of TimefireVR Inc.’s Board of Directors. The appointments became effective 10 days after the mailing of a disclosure document in accordance with Rule 14f-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
