Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On July 25, 2023, Mary Beth Long resigned as director of the Company. Ms. Long’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company regarding the Company’s operation, policies, or practices.
