Commitments and Contingencies	Note 7 - Commitments and Contingencies Office Lease – In December 2018, Red Cat entered into a lease arrangement for its office space located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, for $26,638 per anum. Red Cat pays $2,220 per month for this space. There are no renewal terms. Rent expense is classified within general and administrative expenses.
