5. Related Party Transactions
As discussed in Note 4, on March 6, 2017, the Company closed on an Offering that included a Company director as an investor. This investor’s note is for $100,000.
On June 2, 2017, the Company entered into an agreement with an entity managed by a former director of the Company to provide services to the entity. A retainer deposit of $57,400 was received. |
