Note 3 – Marketable Securities
Marketable securities consisted solely of corporate bonds at April 30, 2023 and were classified at Level 2 in the Fair Value Hierarchy. Fair value, cost basis, and unrealized losses totaled $12,814,038, $13,678,203, and $864,165 at April 30, 2023, respectively. Contractual maturities of one year or less, one to three years and more than three years totaled $2,138,088, $10,523,950 and $152,000, respectively.
