Christopher R. Moe

Christopher R. Moe, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Yates Electrospace Corporation, a heavy payload autonomous cargo delivery drone developer and producer. Earlier, he was the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and co-Founder of ProBrass Inc., a rifle brass cartridge case manufacturing company. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Vectrix Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of GP Industries Ltd (G20:SGX), an international developer and manufacturer of electric motorcycles and Chief Financial Officer and Director of Mission Motor Company, a company focused on advanced EV and hybrid powertrains for automobile and power sports applications. Earlier he served as the Chief Financial Officer & Director of Vectrix Corporation (LSE:VRX), Managing Director of GH Ventures, Managing Director of Kirkland Investment Corporation, Chief Executive Officer of St. Louis Ship Industries, Vice President of Wasserstein, Perella & Co.’s merchant banking fund and Vice President/Area Head with Citicorp’s Leveraged Capital Group. He served as a Captain of United States Marines and deployed with artillery and infantry units twice to the Western Pacific and Indian Ocean. He is the former Treasurer of The Pennfield School and the current Treasurer of the Zabriskie Memorial Church of Saint John the Evangelist. He holds a BA degree in English from Brown University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Joseph Freedman

Mr. Freedman is an entrepreneur with experience launching and exiting companies in the legal recruitment, technology and hospitality sectors, several of which have been acquired by NYSE listed, private equity and privately held companies. Four such companies were listed on the Inc. 500/5000, 14 times, with one being listed in the top 100. In 2006, Mr. Freedman co-founded and currently serves on the board of Peachtree Tents & Events Holdings, LLC, a full-service event rental equipment company. Mr. Freedman co-founded and served as the chief executive officer of Richmond Title, LLC until its acquisition in 2006, and founded and served as chief executive officer of AMICUS Legal Staffing, Inc. until its acquisition in 1996. In 2009 Mr. Freedman co-founded and served on the board of RFx Legal, LLC, a company which used proprietary technology to automate the way corporations sourced and procured legal services, until its acquisition in 2013. Mr. Freedman also co-founded eConception, LLC, Weberize, LLC, and Acymtech LLC. Mr. Freedman currently serves as an advisor to Headsets.com and sits on numerous privately held company boards. Mr. Freedman is the past president of the Nashville Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization and currently serves on their Strategic Council. Mr. Freedman earned a B.S. degree in Finance from Louisiana State University.

General (R) Paul Edward Funk II

General Funk retired in 2022 after a distinguished 42-year career in the United States Army. He recently served as Commander of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). In that role, he guided the development of citizens into professional soldiers and leaders committed to the selfless service of our nation. He oversaw 32 Army schools organized under 10 Centers of Excellence that recruit, train, and educate more than 800,000 soldiers and service members annually. Previously, he served as Commander of III Corps and Fort Hood, and Operations Inherent Resolve (OIR), where he deployed and led a 72-nation coalition in the fight against ISIS in Iraq and Syria.

Funk holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Montana State University and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. He is a graduate of the Armor Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, the Command and General Staff College, and completed his Senior Service College as a fellow attending the Institute of Advanced Technology at the University of Texas at Austin. He was awarded the Defense Distinguished Service Medal — the nation’s 4th highest honor — for outstanding leadership in combat.

Nicholas Liuzza Jr. has been a director of the Company since June 2019. Mr. Liuzza serves as an Executive Vice President of Real Matters, Inc. (TSX:REAL) a network management services provider for the mortgage lending and insurance industries a position he has held from April of 2016. Mr. Liuzza co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Beeline Mortgage LLC, a residential mortgage lender, since 2019. Prior to founding Beeline Mr. Liuzza founded Linear Title & Closing in 2005, and was a senior executive until its sale in 2016. Mr. Liuzza was also the founder and CEO of Linear Settlement Services, LLC, a title insurance agency acquired by Real Matters. In 2001, Mr. Liuzza founded and was the President of New Age Nurses, a healthcare staffing company which he grew into a national provider of healthcare personnel services acquired in 2003 by Crdentia. Prior thereto, Mr. Liuzza was Executive Vice President of AMICUS Legal Staffing, a national staffing services provider with a specialization in real estate transactions. Mr. Liuzza started his career with Xerox Corporation in 1988.
